Manager 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.
Location : Melbourne, FL - onsite Schedule: 9/80 work schedule –

the norm! About the Role : The selected candidate should thrive in

levels. Sources and procures complex, specialized goods and
services. Owns contractual management for the supplier. Responsible
for subcontract sourcing, proposal evaluation, negotiation, award,
execution, administration, and closeout phases. Coordinates and
collaborates with key stakeholders such as legal, contracts,
finance, planning, operations, program management, engineering, and
quality. As part of a cross-functional team, candidate will monitor
and manage schedule, cost, technical and quality performance of
suppliers in support of US Government programs. Subcontract Manager
3 will interface with supplier leadership teams to motivate and
drive excellence in performance of contractual requirements.
Subcontracts Manager 3 will additionally be responsible for
providing subcontracting process and compliance requirements
guidance to Managers who are responsible for managing Subcontract
Specialists, Supplier Management Teams and Integrated Product Team
Leads. Provides subject matter expertise in all aspects of supplier
and subcontract management. Works under general direction toward
long-range goals and objectives. Assignments are often
self-initiated. Performs independently with minimal management
oversight. This is a leadership position with daily executive
interactions, and selected candidate will display consistent

others. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of
experience in Subcontracts, Procurement or Contracts OR a Master’s
Degree and 5 years of experience in Subcontracts, Procurement or
Contracts OR High School Diploma/Equivalent and 11 years of
experience in Subcontracts, Procurement or Contracts Must have a
minimum of 4 years experience leading a team, process, and/or
projects Aerospace & Defense (A&D) experience Must have DOD
Contracting experience Your ability to transfer and maintain the
final adjudicated government Secret clearance (DoD must be in-scope
or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es)
required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as
determined by the company. Preferred Qualifications: Experience
managing a subcontracts organization Extensive experience leading
complex negotiations and construction favorable business deals
Working knowledge of SAP or related business application software
as well as Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Master’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or
Industrial Engineering. The successful candidate will have
experience with complex and competitive subcontracts for both U.S.
Government and Commercial and multiple contracting formats,
including Firm Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursable, possess knowledge
relating to special payment provisions (i.e., progress or
performance-based payments). Lead the evaluation of customer RFP's
and ability to collaborate with the program/planning team to
develop subcontract RFP's that include Statements of Work,
Technical/Quality Specifications, Deliverable Requirements List and
Schedules, Performance Assessment Requirements, Terms and
Conditions, Proposal Preparation and Pricing
Requirements/Templates, Compliance Matrices, and supplier profiles.
Ability to lead/mentor other SCAs throughout the entire Subcontract
lifecycle with additional experience reviewing subcontract packages
from either peer or junior Subcontracts Administrators. AS-FA3
Primary Level Salary Range: $151,500.00 - $227,300.00 The above
salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop
Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary
offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and
the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market
conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible
for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in
addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward
individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in
company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions
may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop
Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance
coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid
holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal
