POSITION OPPORTUNITY The Inside Sales Professional supports the Astro Pak Florida Cleanroom Sales department. This position supports several team members throughout the department and plays a key customer-facing role for several pre-sales, sales, and post-sales tasks. This position requires the ability to energize the team and customers via competency, timeliness and excellent collaboration. The Inside Sales Professional also requires a commitment to on-going learning of industry trends and staying current with Astro Pak's technical proficiencies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Primary point-of-contact for incoming inquiries for cleanroom sales leads Actively manage and maintain pipeline of open bids Maintain strong customer relationships Manage CRM software system by performing data entry and account set up and ensuring data integrity for the department Prepare and update monthly sales projections Ensure new customer set-up completed, including: CRM account creation, credit check initiation, new vendor survey, NDA's etc. Issue hand-written thank-you cards Negative survey follow-up Business Development / cold calls Track NPD activities May assist with customer service for in-house orders Analyze and implement projects subject to the U.S. Export Control Laws which include, but are not limited to, 22 Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R.) Subchapter M, U.S. Department of Energy regulations found in 10 C.F.R. Part 10, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission regulations found in 10 C.F.R. Part 110 and the U.S. Department of Commerce Export Administration Regulations found in 15 C.F.R. Part 730 et seq. QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training/Certifications: Must have a bachelor's degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience. Related Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of job-related experience and/or training, and demonstrated professional in-person and telephone etiquette Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: - Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, and superior organizational abilities. Ability to interact at all levels of company and with people of various backgrounds and experience. Ability to take initiative, maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines, and work in a team environment. Excellent proficiency in PC-based computing (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and cGMP documentation) is essential. Ability to comply with federally mandated requirements of the U.S. Export Control Laws which include, but are not limited to, 22 Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R.) Subchapter M, U.S. Department of Energy regulations found in 10 C.F.R. -Part 10, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission regulations found in 10 C.F.R. Part 110 and the U.S. Department of Commerce Export Administration Regulations found in 15 C.F.R. Part 730 et seq.
