The Briar Team, Central Florida's top family-owned Site Development Construction company, is looking for hard-working, experienced, and reliable Pipe Foremen for immediate hire with excellent pay and benefits, performance bonuses, profit sharing, generous paid time off and yearly loyalty bonuses, in addition to training and opportunities for growth.We are looking for someone with a solid background in leadership of pressure and gravity pipe installation crews.As a Pipe Foreman, you will provide support in a variety of construction projects. To be successful in this position, you must work well as the leader of a team, be able to train and instruct new crew members in their individual tasks, enjoy working outdoors, and be able to perform strenuous physical tasks.Job Requirements for Pipe ForemanHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in construction or plumbing is preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in pipe laying pressure or gravity underground systems or related construction workAt least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or foreman roleStrong knowledge of pipe installation, repair, and maintenance techniquesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documentsProficient in using construction and pipe-laying tools and equipmentExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesCommitment to safety standards and regulationsPhysical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditionsValid driver's license and reliable transportationWillingness to travel to various job sites as requiredCompensation details: 27.5-33 Yearly SalaryPIa8e7824394f7-25660-37540181
