    Role Overview:
    As part of the Docubee Customer Success team, you will work with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team to ensure customer success from onboarding to expansion. The focus is on Accusoft's SaaS product, Docubee, a platform designed to improve operational efficiency through document and form management.
    Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new customers, assist with account setup, troubleshoot issues, and maximize platform utilization.
  • Support customers and professional services in workflow development.
  • Advocate for customers by promoting features and submitting feedback.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Become an advanced user of Docubee and teach others to increase adoption.
  • Handle escalated support issues, providing timely assistance via chat, meetings, and email.
  • Respond to technical and non-technical inquiries, including product, maintenance, and billing questions.
  • Contribute to support and onboarding process development.
  • Collaborate with support managers on procedures and CRM tracking.
  • Monitor customer usage for upselling opportunities.
  • Create support content, videos, and marketing materials.
  • Align upsell campaigns with product messaging based on customer personas.
  • Lead training for new hires and support teams.
  • Work with sales and channel partners to foster relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Travel up to 10% as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • 4+ years in technology support, web application implementation, or related fields.
    • Experience with computer hardware/software, support, and customer relationship management.
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and build long-term customer relationships.
    • Knowledge of No-Code tools, process mapping, workflows, web technologies, and APIs (preferred).
    • Experience supporting web applications (preferred).
