Job Description:

The Global HR Operations team is responsible for the strategic development and execution of HR services and information to employees, managers, and HR partners throughout the Enterprise. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service by administering accurate processing of HR transactions and onboarding of newly hired employees in accordance with various segment HR policies and practices. This requires the ability to synthesize information, engage with necessary HR functional partners to understand requirements, pay implications and apply policy variation to each unique transaction. The scope of work includes interacting with employees, stakeholders, and handling process escalations and/or requests from GHRO Regional Managers as needed. This position is considered a work from home position currently, however you need to have the ability to go into one of the 2 GHRO offices (Anaheim or Burbank) should the need arise. Responsibilities : Inquiries and Transactions Provide accurate and timely response to requests for information to internal and external guest/clients Support and assist recruiters and peers with new hire Onboarding follow-up, such as scheduling orientations, no shows, documentation needed, etc. Provide timely follow up on I-9 documentation corrections in accordance within legal requirements. Ensure timely processing of new hires and new hire paperwork, while maintaining accuracy in systems of record (Kenexa/SAP). Troubleshoot any payroll audit or compensation errors and correct within the specified time frame. Conduct routine transactions specific to the role following the standard operating guidelines while providing excellent customer service. Research and resolve issues according to defined scope Complete other transactions as assigned when hiring volume varies Ensure data accuracy, reliability, security and completeness Apply current Federal/State/Local Laws and policies in the completion of tasks Ensure all internal control procedures are performed as required Maintain accurate documentation related to job Process OffBoarding transactions Problem Identification Proactively identify issues and implementing actions that support the overall TWDC vision. Identify and escalate systemic issues by recognizing increase in emails or incomplete Onboarding paperwork Process Improvement Identify and escalate opportunities to improve and align existing processes Participate in systems testing as needed Basic Qualifications : Previous work experience in an operations environment Demonstrated excellence in customer service Demonstrated problem solving skills Very strong verbal and written communication skills as well as telephone, email, and chat etiquette skills Ability to multi task and prioritize/handle competing priorities in a fast paced environment Ability to understand case notes in order to provide excellent customer service and to identify/escalate other issues or root causes Self-motivated to take initiative and ownership on issues and identify when escalation is needed Ability to identify patterns that could indicate systemic issues Demonstrated ability to work with diverse personalities Demonstrated ability to function in a team environment Demonstrated strong ability to build relationships internally and externally Demonstrated ability to adjust to change in a positive, productive manner Ability to demonstrate awareness of and acknowledgement of segment differences Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated proficiencies in Microsoft Suite Demonstrated knowledge and familiarity with SAP Demonstrated knowledge and familiarity with Kenexa/Brassring Demonstrated knowledge and familiarity of WorkDay Demonstrated knowledge of collective bargaining agreements Proven Multi-Lingual skills Required Education : High School Diploma Preferred Education : Associates or Bachelors Degree Additional Information : SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION After clicking Apply for this job below, the employment application will open in a new window.
