This role offers flexible scheduling to suit your lifestyle needs while ensuring you stay at the forefront of critical care nursing. Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in an ICU setting. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and quickly respond to patient health emergencies. Educate patients and families on illness and injury prevention and management. Maintain up-to-date records of patient care, condition, and progress. Strong clinical skills with a focus on critical care. Effective communication and patient/family education abilities Proficiency in electronic health record systems. Ability to handle high-stress situations and make decisions under pressure. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
