Job Description Location: Ocala Region Post-Acute Facilities Start Date: Upon completion of credentialing (typically 4–5 months) About the Role: We are seeking a Daytime Post-Acute/LTAC Physician to join our team in the Ocala region. This role offers a flexible schedule, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to focus on patient care without nights or codes. Compensation & Schedule: Base salary: $280,000 per year Monday to Friday Collections-based bonuses: Ability to earn an additional guaranteed bonuses per month Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Disability insurance 401(k) with employer match Reimbursement for medical licenses Malpractice coverage with tail assistance Responsibilities: Daytime rounding across post-acute and LTAC facilities Work alongside APPs to split daily patient census No procedures or codes required No night shifts required Flexible rounding hours Qualifications: Board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or relevant specialty Experience in post-acute or long-term acute care preferred but not required Why Join Our Team?
