Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Titusville, Florida. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/06/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - Med Surg Tele /n/n Job Details: /n • Must have 2 years of nursing experience with 1:6 patient ratio experience required /n• Care for PCU level patients requiring higher acuity monitoring and interventions /n• Work every other weekend with floating required within scope of practice /n• Orthopedic and total joint replacement nursing care experience strongly preferred /n• Required certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH Stroke Scale /n• Must have Florida or compact RN license in hand /n• No local candidates - must be greater than 30 miles from facility /n• Mandatory 5 shifts for clinical orientation week (36-40 hours first week) /n• Complete approximately 4 hours of modules prior to start date /n• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations /n• Experience required with telemetry monitoring, cardiac drips (no titration), dysrhythmias, CVA care, and chest tubes /n• Must be comfortable working with COVID-positive patients /n• Holiday requirements: work 1 eve and 1-2 holidays depending on assignment length /n• Strict attendance policy: 3 call-outs result in termination /n• Schedule changes may occur with 48 hours notice /n• Any scrub color acceptable with free parking provided /n• Charting system: Meditech /n/n Facility: /n This acute care hospital operates 210 staffed beds and features a mixed unit combining Medical Surgical, Medical Surgical Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit services.
