Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Titusville, Florida. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/06/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - ER /n/n Job Details: /n • 2.5 years of ED experience and 1 year of neuro/stroke experience required /n• 2 previous travel assignments required /n• Patient ratios of 1:5-6 with potential for 6th patient in emergent situations /n• Every other weekend requirement /n• Float required within scope to like units /n• Must have experience with level 1 resuscitation patients /n• Work with all age groups from neonates to geriatrics /n• 24-hour orientation provided /n• Required certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC (preferred) /n• Must be greater than 30 miles from facility (no locals) /n• Scrub color: any color, no tee shirts, sweatshirts, or logos from other organizations /n• Charting system: Meditech /n• Holiday requirements: work 1 Eve and 1-2 holidays depending on assignment length /n• Must accommodate schedule changes with 48-hour notice or risk forfeiting guaranteed hours /n• 3 call outs result in termination /n• RTO maximum 10 days with additional 2 weeks added to assignment /n• No RTO during first or last week of assignment /n• 4-hour average non-billable modules required pre-start /n/n Facility: /n This 210-bed acute care hospital operates as a Level 1 Trauma Center with specialized stroke and STEMI certification. The emergency department features 25 rooms with 30 beds and maintains an average daily census of 92 visits. The facility provides comprehensive interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and radiology services.
