We treat a variety of conditions to include acute and chronic injuries, personal injury and TBIs. Duties: Combination of telehealth and in office patient visits Patient exam/evaluation- HPI, physical exam, medical history, review pertinent information/records/imaging Order and review diagnostic imaging/labs, and testing Diagnosis and Treatment Plan formulation Referral to other providers as indicated Documentation- timely and accurate Patient education- as to the diagnosis, treatment plan options and pre/post care instructions Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care Qualifications: Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Practitioner program Nurse Practitioner license in FL Schedule: Full time (4 days per week) Salary: $125k plus additional bonuses Benefits: PTO/Vacation- 2 weeks plus additional sick time Health, Dental and Vision insurance options 401k Pet Insurance ST disability, Critical illness, Hospital indemnity, Legal protection We are looking for someone long-term, interested in growth with the company.
