Job Description Job Description Full-Time or Part-Time 5 Star Community-Based Pediatric Practice We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our close-knit, four-provider practice. Our intentionally smaller structure allows us to prioritize patient relationships and provide individualized, high-quality care. We serve patients from newborn through adolescence and are committed to creating a positive, educational, and supportive experience for families. Responsibilities Perform well-child exams and routine check-ups Diagnose and treat common pediatric illnesses and injuries Administer immunizations and manage preventive care Monitor developmental milestones Educate parents and caregivers on health, nutrition, and safety Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to coordinate care Maintain thorough and accurate documentation Schedule Five days per week No weekends 8-hour shifts Qualifications Master’s or Doctoral degree as a Nurse Practitioner Board-certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Licensed or eligible for licensure in Florida Minimum of 1 year of Pediatric experience as an NP Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Compensation $110,000 – $135,000 per year, depending on experience Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Retirement plan Malpractice insurance Paid time off License/Certification Active APRN license DEA and CDS (preferred) Work Location In person
