As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Headway, you will provide personalized, therapeutic interventions and counseling services to a diverse clientele, leveraging our cutting-edge technology and resources to enhance your effectiveness. Conduct initial assessments and evaluations of new clients to determine mental health condition and needs. Develop and implement detailed treatment plans based on patient's needs and goals. Provide regular counseling sessions with clients through both in-person and telehealth platforms. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Maintain confidential and detailed records of client therapy sessions and progress. Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals and refer clients to other services or specialists as required. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in mental health practices and standards. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in behavioral health and therapeutic counseling techniques. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and adherence to ethical standards. Comfortable using telehealth technologies and electronic health record systems. Medical Insurance Valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification. Additional certifications in specific therapy modalities are desirable but not required.
