Job Description:

a compassionate and driven Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our

our professional team, you will design and execute therapy plans
that create real differences in the everyday lives of our diverse
patient population. Assess patient health conditions through
physical examinations and diagnostic tests. Consult with patients
and family members to discuss therapy goals and plans. Create and
update personalized therapy and treatment plans. Provide
therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practice and
techniques. Record patient progress and adjust treatment plans as
needed. Educate patients and family members on treatments and home
exercises. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to
provide comprehensive care. Strong knowledge of occupational
therapy principles and practices. Ability to work independently in
a home health setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Skill in handling pediatric and adult cases. Proficiency in
documenting and clinical reasoning. Capability to manage a varied
caseload efficiently. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current State License as an
Occupational Therapist. National Board for Certification in
Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). CPR certified. Valid driver's license
and reliable transportation.
