Job Title: Pharmacist Inpatient Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: Pharmacist Inpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (12:30 PM - 9:00 PM) Experience: Minimum 3 years required in inpatient acute care. License: Valid state license required. Certifications: PharmD, IV Certification, Chemotherapy/Hazardous Drug Certification required. Must-Have: EPIC experience required. Description: This position entails a mid shift schedule with work on every other weekend and holidays. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience, specifically in inpatient acute care settings. EPIC experience is mandatory for this role. Candidates must possess a valid state pharmacy license, as well as certifications in PharmD, IV, and Chemotherapy/Hazardous Drugs. Solid color scrubs are required while on duty. The facility will not accept candidates from specific educational institutions as outlined in the provided documentation. References from authority figures within the last year are required prior to the interview. Candidates must have a completed request for time off included with their application. This position does not require on-call responsibilities or floating to different units. The contracted hours are guaranteed. Additional requirements include compliance with COVID-19 and flu vaccination mandates, with exemptions available for medical or religious reasons. No radius rule applies, and local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers.
