Cases include: Orthopedics, Neurology, Vascular, Pediatrics
(Healthy), Endoscopy, Urology, Outpatient. No hearts or Thoracic
-Board Certified/ Board Eligible: Anesthesiology -Licensure:
Florida State Medical License Preferred -Credentialing: 45 - 60
