• Employment Type: PermanentPinnacle Home Care is hiring a full time Home Health LPN to conduct visits with our patients in their homes in Titusville, FL.POSITION RESPONSIBLITIES`The Licensed Practical Nurse/Vocational Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing skilled nursing care under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN). They perform selected skilled actions in the provision of curative, rehabilitative, palliative, or preventative nursing care. They are responsible and accountable for making decisions that are based on the individual's nursing experience and educational preparation.POSITION REQUIREMENTS -- Current State LPN or LVN License -- Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program. -- Has one (1) year of nursing experience.
