Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, Talent Acquisition NA Pharm Commercial located in Titusville, NJ. The Manager, Talent Acquisition NA Pharm Commercial will be responsible for shaping and delivering end-to-end (Entry to Executive) talent acquisition for the NA Pharmaceuticals Commercial business while leading a team of Talent Acquisition professionals. Titusville NJ is the preferred location for this role, but remote locations will be considered.

This role will be responsible for turning the NA Pharm Commercial Talent strategy into an actionable talent acquisition plan while leading their team through execution and world class delivery. They will hands on lead a global team of recruiters who will create proactive recruiting plans and approaches to address critical talent gaps, help the organization assess and select talent to meet the business needs of today and tomorrow, and position J&J to hire the top talent at all levels.

This collaborative and results focused leader will play a critical leadership role on the Talent Acquisition - Enterprise Leadership Team, and partner closely with NA Pharm Commercial BUHR leaders, Total Rewards, DE&I, and business leaders to develop and deliver an E2E talent acquisition result. This position will report into the Head of Talent Acquisition, NA Pharm Americas Commercial.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a Talent Acquisition team of recruiters who are responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to acquire top talent in support of the business and talent objectives

* Consult with senior business and HR leaders on talent requirements for today and tomorrow and drive an effective and efficient talent acquisition strategy in support of the business.

* Responsible for driving end-to-end TA strategy and will directly support the Head of TA - NA Commercial Pharm in delivering the NA Pharm Commercial talent strategy.

* Responsible for global direct reports and dotted line responsible for leading a global talent squad (Hybrid Recruiters, University, Executive, and Sourcing) focused on driving a common purpose, goals, executing the functional TA strategy

* Develop and implement differentiated Talent Acquisition strategies for key business priorities across NA Pharm, spanning all candidate levels, demographics, functional disciplines, geographic regions, and business segments

* Drive the E2E talent acquisition strategy and consistently represent the TA story and metrics to HR leadership and appropriate business partners.

* Drive operational excellence throughout the recruitment lifecycle and full TA team, including data integrity, and adherence to success metrics

* Understand the business strategy, consult on the overall aligned talent strategy and be able to deliver results in accordance with agreed upon metrics and SLAs.

* Drive a strong talent assessment process and rigor across all hiring teams that ultimately delivers the best talent

* Lead, coach, and develop a global team of recruiters aligned to NA Pharm Commercial responsible for all elements of recruitment

* In partnership with senior leaders and the TA team, determine the best way to solve talent opportunities -includes the selection and managing of an external search firm partners or other talent solutions.

* Proactively share market and competitive intelligence to inform talent, business and organizational design decisions.

* Network with senior industry leaders, assess them and ultimately attract the highest skilled and credentialed professionals to join Johnson & Johnson

* Create and oversee a diversity sourcing strategy for the sector, this includes building strong external partnerships with diverse associations.

* Collaborate and influence other HR and functional partners, as appropriate, to ensure that J&J can attract the necessary talent for today and tomorrow. This includes Total Rewards, Mobility, BUHR, DE&I, Global Talent Management, and Global Services

* Maintain understanding of innovative recruitment strategies, technologies and best practices required to best serve functional talent acquisition needs
