Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time or part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to serve middle school students in grades 6-8 in Winter Garden, FL. This role offers a chance to support student communication development in a school setting, with flexible schedules available that may include itinerant work between schools. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech and language evaluations, therapy, and progress reporting for middle school students Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Monitor student progress and adjust therapy approaches as needed Maintain compliance with all state licensure and district guidelines Qualifications and Experience: Masters degree in Speech Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Valid Florida State License to practice as an SLP Experience working with school-aged children, preferably grades 6-8 Strong communication and organizational skills Position Details: Location: Winter Garden, FL (Middle School setting) Contract duration: Current school year, ending 5/29/2026 Hours: Full-time (35 hours/week) or part-time (approx. 17.5 hours/week) with possibility of itinerant work between two schools Start date: Immediate availability preferred Benefits and Perks: Opportunity to impact student lives through communication support Flexible scheduling options to fit your availability Supportive work environment with access to resources and collaboration Qualified candidates ready to contribute to student success are encouraged to apply.
