We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Cash Management Team Lead to join our Global Payments & Trade team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA . In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Lead and execute daily liquidity and funds control activities — ensuring accuracy, control, and timely settlement across global payment flows. Partner with Technology, Treasury, and Operations to enhance real-time liquidity visibility, forecasting accuracy, and intraday funding efficiency. Use data to tell the story — uncover trends, highlight risks, and drive automation and standardization initiatives. Oversee reconciliations, cash forecasting, exception management, and intraday liquidity monitoring across the Americas Embed governance, risk, and compliance standards into every process, ensuring audit readiness and robust controls. Develop and mentor talent , fostering an accountable, high-performance culture that thrives under pressure. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 12 plus years of technical and management experience preferred. Deep experience in Liquidity Operations, Funds Control, or Treasury Operations within an investment banking or global payments environment. Strong knowledge of Liquidity Direct, Indirect flows, CFC, and GFC frameworks. Proven ability to lead teams AND roll up your sleeves to tackle operational challenges head-on. Expertise in payment flows, Nostro accounts, intraday liquidity, cash forecasting, and reconciliation systems (TLM, SWIFT, etc.). Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights . Risk awareness, ownership mentality, and ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment .
